Acceptable Use and Content Policy

This policy applies to everything you upload to Teleplay and everything you generate with it: prompts, scripts, reference assets, clips, and exported episodes. It is part of our Terms of Service. Fiction gets wide latitude; drama thrives on conflict, villains, and hard themes. The lines below are the ones we hold regardless of genre.

1. Zero tolerance

• Sexual content involving minors. No depictions of minors in sexual contexts of any kind, real, fictional, or stylized. We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and to law enforcement.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery. No sexual or intimate depictions of real people without their documented consent.

2. Real people

Do not generate a real person's likeness or voice without their documented consent. Do not create content that presents a real person as saying or doing something they did not say or do, including political figures. Clearly labeled parody is not an exemption for intimate, deceptive, or defamatory content.

3. Deception

AI-generated video from Teleplay is fiction and must not be passed off as authentic footage. Do not use the Service for fraud, scams, fake news or fabricated events presented as real, impersonation, or synthetic evidence. Follow the AI-disclosure rules of the platforms where you publish.

4. Harm and hate

Do not create content whose purpose is to harass or threaten a person, incite violence, dehumanize people based on protected characteristics, or provide serious instructions for weapons, self-harm, or other real-world harm. Depicting these themes in fiction is allowed; targeting real people or promoting the conduct is not.

5. Rights of others

Only upload material you have the rights to use. Do not use the Service to infringe copyrights or trademarks, and do not upload other people's personal data without a lawful basis. We respond to valid takedown notices sent to info@teleplay.ai.

6. Platform integrity

Do not probe or disrupt the Service, attempt to bypass safety systems or rate limits, scrape the Service, resell raw generation capacity, or use another user's account without permission.

7. Enforcement

We may remove content, withhold generation, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with the response scaled to the severity of the violation. Zero-tolerance violations result in immediate termination. Where the law requires it, we preserve evidence and notify authorities.

8. Reporting

Report content that violates this policy to info@teleplay.ai. Include a link or description of the content and why it violates the policy, and we will review it promptly.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service and the law evolve. The date at the top always reflects the latest version, and material changes are announced by email or in the product.
